Meet: Sarah & Kasey of The Residences on Broadway
Meet Sarah & Kasey! The leasing agent and assistant property manager for The Residences on Broadway.
We got the chance to sit down with these two amazing women and get a personal tour of South Boston's best apartments, homes and studios. On 50 and 26 West Broadway you can find a wide variety of local shops, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of your home. Looking for some of their top local South Boston recommendations? Sarah mentioned one of her go-to’s. “My favorite cafe is actually down the street on Dorchester Ave; it’s called Cannonball Cafe.” Sarah’s knowledge of the area comes from growing up close to the city and working in the neighborhood for almost two years. When we asked if she could describe the community in one word, she responded, “It would be ‘alive.’ You just feel such a great energy from everyone around you.”
Kasey also gave us a personal tour of the 50 West Broadway property that was built in 2009. The community room is a space where all the residents can go to work, socialize or play games. On a monthly basis, they try to host resident events for people to come and get to know each other as well as highlight local businesses with food and drink provided. In warmer weather, the patio is also a must. The Residences’ patio area features relaxing lawn furniture, fire pits, and gas grills. And don’t forget the games too! You can find a bocce and a putting green for some friendly competition with your neighbors.
